Welcome To Life Foundations
Life Foundations supports, educates, and challenges you to flourish. We believe that self
knowledge is power, and that growth is always within reach.
Emotional health requires a deeper understanding of ourselves: our experiences, mental well being, communication styles, and relationships—paired with a readiness to learn and evolve.

Personal Lived Experience & Core Philosophy
I became involved in the Mental Health arena because of my personal experience with suicide bereavement, historical and current trauma, grief, and loss.
I have always been curious about life, human development, and the human condition, and I believe that to flourish, we need to develop a deep understanding of ourselves, our behaviours, our history, our relationships, and our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Driven by Empathy and Curiosity
Practising What We Preach
As a practitioner, I am committed to practising what I preach. I have been curious about and engaged in therapy and self-development since my twenties—at times intensively, other times less so—while integrating my personal learning and development into my own life.
This ongoing journey of self-awareness and professional development is essential to maintaining the quality of my therapeutic practice.
